摘  要:中国城市地铁隧道和轨道系统工务巡视检查,多数仍采取常规人工巡逻检查,需要一台自带综合检测车的轨道检查专业工程仪器提高巡查质量和精度。综合检测车主要用在轨道、高架等线上工作,对线路的弹性变化与永久变化的结合状况进行动态监测,并自动进行信息校正、过滤和几何状态参数波动图等信息,以实现轨道测量质量与精度提升。本文主要采用SIMPACK软件,对综合检测车进行建模与动态模拟运算及仿真,以确保整车符合道路行驶条件。In China's urban subway tunnel and track system,most of the public works inspection still adopts routine manual patrol inspection,which requires a professional engineering instrument for track inspection with its own comprehensive inspection vehicle to improve the inspection quality and accuracy.The comprehensive detection vehicle is mainly used in track,overhead and other lines to dynamically monitor the combination of elastic changes and permanent changes of the line,and automatically carry out information correction,filtering and geometric state parameter fluctuation chart,so as to improve the quality and accuracy of track measurement.In this paper,SIMPACK software is used to model and simulate the comprehensive detection vehicle,so as to ensure that the vehicle meets the road conditions.
