汽车共享出行服务人才培养模式探究——以A公司“1+X”证书为例

摘　　要：中国汽车产业已完成电动化布局,逐渐向智能化和网联化加速发展,为未来全面共享化奠定了坚实基础。与此同时,共享出行作为“平台经济”和“共享经济”的典型业态,成为城市交通出行的重要组成部分,伴随着汽车共享出行行业的不断发展,以服务和运营管理为主的技术技能人才培养却未能跟上产业发展的步伐。本文以A公司“1+X”证书培养模式为例,通过对目前产业和人才现状的分析,探索汽车共享出行服务人才培养模式。The automotive industry of China has laid the strong foundation of the overall sharing mobility in future with the accelerating development of intelligence and connectivity.It is an important part of urban transportation as a typical business model of the"platform economy"and"sharing economy".However,the cultivation of technical skill talents engaged in the work about service and operations management fell behind the industry development along with the development of the car-sharing industry.This paper aims to analyze the current status of the car-sharing industry and talent cultivation from the"1+X"certificate training model of company A,explores the talent cultivation model for car-sharing services.
