摘 要:以滇中引水工程丽江段石鼓水源标冲江河防渗墙为背景,采用工程类别法确定了塑性混凝土的配合比,通过单轴压缩试验、巴西劈裂试验、三点弯曲试验、变角剪切试验等室内试验,获得了塑性混凝土物理力学参数.在此基础上,利用FLAC3D建立与实际工程相对应的数值模型,模拟了防渗墙成墙与基坑开挖过程,探究了施工对槽壁变形及土体破坏的影响.结果表明:防渗墙施工会引起槽壁的变形和塑性区的形成,其中防渗墙槽段长度的增加将导致槽壁变形明显增大和土体破坏区域扩大.在基坑开挖过程中,防渗墙与基坑的净距对基坑开挖过程中的变形有着显著的影响,随防渗墙与基坑净距的增加,最大位移呈现先减小后增大的规律,故需要合理布置防渗墙.本研究为塑性混凝土防渗墙的施工工艺优化及基坑开挖安全提供了依据和指导.In this study,the Shigu water source cutoff wall in the Lijiang section of the Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project is set as the research background.By the engineering classification method,the mix proportions of plastic concrete were determined.Through laboratory tests including uniaxial compression tests,Brazilian splitting tests,three-point bending tests,and variable angle shear tests,the physical and mechanical parameters of plastic concrete were obtained.Based on these parameters,numerical models corresponding to the actual project were established using FLAC3D to simulate the construction of the cutoff wall and the excavation process of the pit,and to investigate the impact of construction on the deformation of the trench wall and the failure of soil masses.The results indicate that the construction of the cutoff wall causes deformation of the trench wall and the formation of plastic zones,with an increase in the length of the cutoff wall trench segment leading to significant increases in trench wall deformation and the expansion of soil failure areas.During the pit excavation process,the net distance between the cutoff wall and the pit significantly affects the deformation during excavation,with the maximum displacement showing a pattern of first decreasing and then increasing as the net distance increases.Therefore,the rational layout of the cutoff wall is necessary.This study provides a basis and guidance for optimizing construction techniques for plastic concrete cutoff walls and ensuring the safety of pit excavation.
