摘 要:揭示隧洞开挖扰动区的空间演化机制对于隧洞施工安全防控与支护方案优化具有重要意义.本文立足于隧洞开挖空间效应,依托某深埋引水隧洞工程中岩体结构较完整的砂板岩洞段,通过精细模拟隧洞开挖施工过程,深入分析了隧洞开挖扰动区空间演化过程中的应力调整路径、变形发展过程和塑性区扩展历程及其内蕴联系,系统揭示了隧洞开挖扰动区的空间演化机制.依托工程实例特定岩体力学参数,隧洞开挖扰动区分布于洞周深约4.6倍洞径围岩内,其空间演化主要发生于剖面后方约80%洞径和前方约1.7倍洞径范围内的岩体开挖过程中;应力场调整不仅体现在大小上,也体现在方向上,且在不同阶段呈现出有差异的调整规律,深度越小,调整幅度越大;开挖扰动区变形发展和塑性屈服破坏肇因于应力场调整,塑性区形成扩展是推动应力场调整向深部发展的重要致因,亦直接影响着开挖扰动区变形分布特征和变形量.Revealing the spatial evolution mechanism of tunnel excavation disturbance zone is crucial for ensuring construction safety and optimizing support schemes.This study focuses on the spatial effects of hydraulic tunnel excavation,relying on the structurally intact sandstone slate section of a deeply buried water diversion tunnel project as a case study.Through detailed numerical analysis of the excavation process,the study examines the stress path,deformation development,and plastic zone expansion during the spatial evolution of the tunnel excavation disturbance zone.The study systematically uncovers the spatial evolution mechanism of the hydraulic tunnel excavation disturbance zone.Based on the specific rock mechanical parameters of the engineering example,the disturbance zone resulting from tunnel excavation extends approximately 4.6 times the tunnel diameter into the surrounding rock.The spatial evolution primarily occurs within the rock mass excavation range of about 80%the tunnel diameter behind and approximately 1.7 times the tunnel diameter in front of the excavation area.Stress field adjustments are evident not only in magnitude but also in direction.The adjustments exhibit different patterns at various stages,with larger adjustments occurring at shallower depths.Deformation development and plastic yielding in the disturbance zone are driven by stress field adjustments.The formation and expansion of the plastic zone are significant factors in driving stress field adjustments to greater depths and directly influence the deformation distribution characteristics and magnitude within the disturbance zone.
