摘  要:采用平板热流计法测定了页岩陶粒混凝土(lightweight shale ceramsite concrete,LSCC)及其砂浆基体的导热系数,试验研究了水灰比、体积砂率、水泥用量和陶粒等级对导热系数的影响,探讨了LSCC抗压强度和孔隙水饱和度与导热系数的关系;按照陶粒和砂浆基体并联传热的方式,建立了考虑孔隙水饱和度影响的LSCC导热系数预测模型.结果表明:LSCC的导热系数随着水灰比的增大而减小,随着体积砂率、水泥用量和陶粒等级的提高而增大,与其抗压强度和孔隙水饱和度均存在正相关性,且与孔隙水饱和度符合线性关系;模型可以较为准确地预测干燥状态下LSCC的导热系数;孔隙水饱和度对LSCC导热系数的影响较大;由模型的计算结果可知,在LC25~LC35范围内,混凝土中孔隙水饱和度每增加0.1,导热系数平均增大约0.171 W/(m·K).The variation law of thermal conductivity of lightweight shale ceramsite concrete(LSCC)was studied and the prediction model was established.Using single factor test method,taking water-cement ratio,volume sand ratio,cement dosage and shale ceramsite grade as factors,the thermal conductivity of LSCC and its mortar matrix was measured by plate heat flow meter method,and the effects of various factors on the thermal conductivity of LSCC and its mortar matrix were analyzed.Based on the parallel heat transfer model of shale ceramsite and its mortar matrix,a LSCC thermal conductivity prediction model considering pore water saturation was established.The results show that the thermal conductivity of LSCC decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio,and increases with the increase of volume sand ratio,cement content and ceramsite grade.There is a good correlation between LSCC compressive strength and thermal conductivity.The prediction model can reflect the influence of different mix ratio parameters and pore water saturation on the thermal conductivity of LSCC.There is a linear relationship between pore water saturation and thermal conductivity of LSCC.In the range of LC25-LC35,when pore water saturation increases by 0.1,the average thermal conductivity increases by about 0.171 W/(m·K),which can effectively predict the thermal conductivity of LSCC.
