网状层级类蜂窝结构面外等效力学性能研究

摘  要:蜂窝夹层结构以优异的力学性能及耐撞性在工程领域得到广泛应用.受到蜘蛛网结构尺寸梯度及层级分布的特点启发,提出了一种网状层级类蜂窝结构.基于应变能等效原理对其面外承载能力进行分析,推导其等效弹性模量和等效剪切模量的多级公式.通过理论分析与数值模拟结果对比,验证了理论推导的正确性.研究结果揭示了该结构的层级因子与面外承载性能之间的关系,可有效预测多级结构的面外力学性能.此外,将该结构应用于传统托盘上,在不同方向受力大小相同的情况下,两种托盘应力和位移值变化较小,但质量减轻20.9%,达到了轻量化设计的目的,同时也表明了蜂窝结构在工程实践中具有显著的潜在应用前景.Honeycomb sandwich structures have been widely used in engineering fields because of their excellent mechanical properties and crashworthiness.Inspired by the characteristics of size gradient and level distribution of spider web structure,a kind of mesh-level honeycomb sandwich structure is proposed in this paper.The out-of-plane bearing capacity is analyzed based on the equivalent principle of strain energy.Meanwhile,the multistage formulas of the equivalent elastic modulus and the equivalent shear modulus are derived.The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are conducted to verify the correctness of the theoretical derivation.The results reveal the relationship between the hierarchical factors and the out-of-plane bearing properties of the structure,which can effectively predict the out-of-plane mechanical properties of the multistage structure.In addition,the stress and displacement values of the two pallets change little under the same force in different directions while the structure is applied to the traditional pallets.However,the mass is reduced by 20.9%,which achieves the purpose of lightweight design,and also it indicates that the honeycomb structure has significant potential application prospects in engineering practice.
