摘 要:针对传统聚合形态絮凝剂制备存在费时、费力及无法调控水解聚合微界面等问题,采用电渗析法合成聚合氯化铁钛絮凝剂,采用Ferron逐时络合比色法、傅里叶变换红外光谱、碱化度和Zeta电位表征絮凝剂的形态结构,通过混凝实验探究聚合氯化铁钛絮凝剂最佳合成条件及混凝动力学。结果表明,制备的聚合氯化铁钛絮凝剂的聚合程度大,碱化度高,电中和能力强;铁元素与钛元素的物质的量比为1∶0.5的絮凝剂混凝效果最好,该絮凝剂具有絮体生长速度快、絮体粒径大以及抗剪切力和恢复能力强等优点。In view of the problems in the preparation of traditional polymeric flocculants,such as time,effort and inability to control the microinterface of hydrolytic polymerization,the polyferric-titanium chloride flocculants were prepared by electrodialysis process.The morphology and structure of the flocculants were characterized by Ferron time by complexation colorimetry,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,alkalinity and Zeta potential.The optimum synthesis conditions and coagulation kinetics of polyferric-titanium chloride flocculants were investigated by coagulation experiments.The results show that the polyferric-titanium chloride flocculants with high degree of polymerization,high degree of alkalization and strong ability of electric neutralization were successfully prepared.The flocculant with the molar ratio of ferrum to titanium 1∶0.5 has the best coagulant effect,which has the advantages of fast growth rate,large particle size,strong shear resistance,and recovery ability.
