摘 要:为了有效防止电解锰渣中重金属锰迁移到水体对环境造成危害,将白云岩砂在900℃煅烧2 h制备轻烧白云岩砂,采用X射线衍射分析、吸附比表面测试、扫描电子显微镜观察等手段表征煅烧前、后白云岩砂的物相及微观形貌,对不同处理组电解锰渣开展模拟淋溶与毒性浸出实验,探究轻烧白云岩砂对电解锰渣中Mn^(2+)的固化效果及固化机制。结果表明:白云岩砂经900℃煅烧后的产物为CaO、MgO,比表面积、孔径、比孔容分别为煅烧前白云岩砂的4.98、4.32、21.48倍;在电解锰渣中添加质量分数为10%的轻烧白云岩砂,第1次淋溶液中Mn^(2+)的质量浓度为4.08 mg/L,比纯电解锰渣处理组的降低99.99%,且淋溶浸出液中Mn^(2+)的质量浓度低于检出限(0.01 mg/L),电解锰渣固化体中新增物相锰榍石和MnO_(2),形貌发生改变,Mn元素的质量分数达到11.82%。To effectively prevent the heavy metal manganese in electrolytic manganese slag from migrating to water and causing harm to the environment,dolomite sand was calcined at 900℃for 2 h to prepare light-burned dolomite sand.X-ray diffraction,adsorption ratio surface test,scanning electron microscope and other means were used to characterize the phase and microscopic morphology of the dolomite sand before and after calcination.Simulated leaching and toxic leaching tests were carried out on electrolytic manganese slag of different treatment groups to explore the fix effect and fix mechanism of light-burned dolomite sand on Mn^(2+)in electrolytic manganese slag.The results show that the products of dolomite sand after calcination at 900℃are CaO and MgO,and the specific surface area,pore size and pore volume are 4.98,4.32 and 21.48 times of those of dolomite sand before calcination,respectively.The mass concentration of Mn^(2+)in the first leaching solution is 4.08 mg/L when mass fraction of 10%light-burned dolomite sand is added to the electrolytic manganese slag,which is 99.99%lower than that in the pure electrolytic manganese slag treatment group,and the mass concentration of Mn^(2+)in the leaching solution is lower than the detection limit(0.01 mg/L).Groutite and MnO_(2) are the new phases in the electrolytic manganese slag fixed body,the morphology is changed,and the mass fraction of Mn element is 11.82%.
