地下储氢洞室模型试验中花岗岩相似材料的配合比试验研究

摘  要:为了满足地下储氢洞室模型试验中花岗岩相似材料容重、抗压强度、弹性模量、内摩擦角均应较大的要求,以石英砂、重晶石粉、铁精粉为骨料,石膏为胶结材料,聚羧酸减水剂、粉煤灰为调节材料,水为拌合剂,制备花岗岩相似材料,通过正交设计开展花岗岩相似材料配合比试验,测定不同配合比条件下花岗岩相似材料的物理力学性质,并分析各正交设计因素对花岗岩相似材料物理力学参数影响的敏感性。结果表明:花岗岩相似材料密度主要受铁精粉含量的影响,并且随着铁精粉含量的增大而增大;花岗岩相似材料的单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、抗拉强度受各正交设计因素影响的规律相近,并且随着重晶石粉、铁精粉与骨料的质量比以及石膏与骨料的质量比即胶骨比的增大而增大;各正交设计因素对花岗岩相似材料泊松比的影响均不显著,不同配合比条件下泊松比的波动范围较小;花岗岩相似材料的黏聚力主要受胶骨比的影响,并且随着胶骨比的增大而增大;花岗岩相似材料的内摩擦角主要受石英砂与骨料的质量比以及胶骨比的影响,并且随着以上2个正交设计因素的增大而增大,石英砂与骨料的质量比对内摩擦角的影响极其显著,胶骨比对内摩擦角的影响显著;不同配合比条件下花岗岩相似材料的物理力学参数取值分布较广,可以满足大部分地下储氢洞室模型试验对花岗岩相似材料的要求,同时可作为硬岩质类相似材料的选择和配合比优化的依据。To meet requirements of great volume weight,compressive strength,elastic modulus,and internal friction angle for granite similarity materials in caverns of underground storage of hydrogen model tests,taking quartz sand,barite powders,and fine iron powders as aggregate,gypsum as cementing materials,polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and fly ash as adjusting materials,and water as mixing agent,granite similarity materials were prepared.Through orthogonal design,a proportioning test on granite similarity materials was carried out to determine physical and mechanical properties of granite similarity materials under different proportioning conditions,and sensitivity analysis on influences of various orthogonal design factors on physical and mechanical parameters of granite similarity materials was carried out.The results show that density of granite similarity materials is mainly affected by the content of fine iron powders,and increases with the increase of fine iron powders content.Uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus,and tensile strength of granite similarity materials are similar to influences of various orthogonal design factors,and increase with the increase of the mass ratio of barite powders and fine iron powders to aggregate,as well as the mass ratio of gypsum to aggregate,that is,the ratio of glue to bone.Influences of all orthogonal design factors on Poisson ratio of granite similarity materials are not significant,and fluctuation range of Poisson ratio is small under different proportioning conditions.Cohesion of granite similarity materials is mainly affected by the ratio of glue to bone,and increases with the increase of the ratio of glue to bone.Internal friction angle of granite similarity materials is mainly affected by the mass ratio of quartz sand to aggregate and the ratio of glue to bone,and increases with the increase of the above two orthogonal design factors.Influence of the mass ratio of quartz sand to aggregate on internal friction angle is extremely significant,and influence o
