摘 要:为了实现固体废物铁尾矿的充分利用,在聚乙烯醇纤维混凝土中加入铁尾矿砂替代天然砂和机制砂,制备聚乙烯醇纤维-铁尾矿砂混凝土试件,探讨不同聚乙烯醇纤维掺量、铁尾矿砂替代率对试件抗压强度的影响。结果表明:当掺加聚乙烯醇纤维质量分数为0、0.1%时,试件均表现为脆性破坏,最终抗压破坏形态为典型的对顶角锥形;在掺加聚乙烯醇纤维质量分数为0.2%、0.3%的条件下,试件的抗压破坏形态具有较好的完整性;在聚乙烯醇纤维掺量相同的条件下,不同铁尾矿砂替代率时的试件抗压破坏形态基本相似;当掺加聚乙烯醇纤维的质量分数为0.3%时,试件的抗压强度最大,并且铁尾矿砂替代率小于70%时的试件抗压强度与未掺加铁尾矿砂时的相差较小,而当铁尾矿砂替代率大于70%后,试件的抗压强度明显减小;随着铁尾矿砂替代率的增大,试件的抗压强度先增大后减小,在铁尾矿砂替代率为30%时达到最大值,并且大于普通混凝土试件的抗压强度。To achieve full utilization of solid waste iron tailings,iron tailings sand was adopted to substitute natural sand and mechanism sand to prepare polyvinyl alcohol fiber-iron tailings sand concrete specimens.Influences of different polyvinyl alcohol fiber contents and iron tailings sand substitution rates on compressive strength of the specimens were explored.The results show that the specimens adding polyvinyl alcohol fiber with mass fractions of 0 and 0.1%exhibit brittle failure,and the final compressive failure morphology is typical opposite angles cones.Under conditions of adding polyvinyl alcohol fiber with mass fractions of 0.2%and 0.3%,compressive failure morphologies of the specimens have good integrity.When the polyvinyl alcohol contents are the same,compressive failure morphologies of the specimens with different iron tailings sand substitution rates are basically similar.When the mass fraction of polyvinyl alcohol fiber is 0.3%,the specimen compressive strength is the greatest,and the difference in compressive strength between the specimens with iron tailings sand substitution rate less than 70%and those without iron tailings sand addition is small.However,the specimen compressive strength significantly decreases when the iron tailings sand substitution rate exceeds 70%.With the increase of iron tailings sand substitution rate,the specimen compressive strength first increases and then decreases,and reaches the maximum value when the iron tailings sand substitution rate is 30%,which is greater than the compressive strength of ordinary concrete specimens.
