摘 要:为了解决锅炉车间现场操作人员的突发重大安全事故处置能力不足的问题,以某卷烟厂锅炉为研究对象,利用现场实际测量、激光扫描等手段生成锅炉设备及车间场景的三维数据,利用温度、压力传感器等获取锅炉运行数据,构建锅炉虚拟模型;在锅炉虚拟模型中设计锅炉安全运行数字孪生系统,利用虚拟现实技术,实现锅炉运行中初起火灾、天然气泄露、蒸汽泄漏3种紧急情况的模拟处置。结果表明,所设计的锅炉安全运行数字孪生系统中初起火灾、天然气泄露、蒸汽泄露模拟处置3个功能模块响应时长不超过1.5 s,小于所设置的期望响应时长,所设计的系统可用于锅炉的预测性维护,保障锅炉的安全运行。To solve the problem of insufficient handling ability for sudden major safety accidents of on-site operators in boiler workshops,three-dimensional data of boiler equipment and workshop scenes were generated by using on-site actual measurement and laser scanning taking a boiler in a cigarette factory as the research object.Boiler operation data were obtained by using temperature and pressure sensors to build a boiler virtual model.A digital twin system for boiler safety operation was designed in the boiler virtual model.Virtual reality technology was used to simulate and handling of three emergency situations in boiler operation which are initial fire,natural gas leakage,and steam leakage.The results show that the response time of the three functional modules of initial fire,natural gas leakage,and steam leakage simulation handling in the designed digital twin system for boiler safety operation does not exceed 1.5 s,which is less than the expected response time set.The designed system can be used for predictive maintenance of boilers and realize safe operation of boilers.
