摘  要:旋风分离器是可以长周期大规模应用的气-固分离设备,长输管道中对旋风分离器分离性能的要求也越来越高。以直筒型导叶式旋风管为研究对象,提出一种导叶结构设计方法,可自由改变叶片包角、出口角、叶片高度等参数;通过光学在线检测实验确定分离性能最优的导叶结构,最佳导叶个数为7~8叶、叶片包角为50°~55°;将直筒型导叶式旋风管内气流分为入口环形区(Ⅰ区)、下行流区(Ⅱ区)和上行流区(Ⅲ区)3个区域,经过一定的气流运动假设及简化计算,推导出了适用于该旋风管3个区域分离效率的计算模型,计算值与实验值绝对误差在5%以内。导叶结构设计方法的提出及对分离性能的验证和预测为旋风分离器的实际应用提供指导。The cyclone separator serves as a kind of crucial gas-solid separation equipment suitable for large-scale and long-term applications.Therefore,the demand for the separation efficiency in cyclone tube separators within extensive pipeline networks is consistently rising.This study focus on the straight barrel type guide vane cyclone tube,and a novel guide vane structure design approach is proposed,which can enable the flexible adjustments of parameters such as vane wrap angle,exit angle,and vane height.Through online optical experiments,the optimal guide vane configuration can be identified,typically comprising 7—8 vanes with a wrap angle ranging from 50°to 55°.The airflow within the cyclone tube is partitioned into three distinct zones:the inlet annular region(RegionⅠ),the downward flow region(RegionⅡ),and the upward flow region(RegionⅢ).By leveraging certain assumptions regarding airflow dynamics and conducting simplified calculations,a computational model is developed to predict the separation efficiency within these zones,and the absolute error between the calculated values and the experimental results remains within 5%.In conclusion,the proposed guide vane structure design methodology,coupled with the validation and prediction of separation performance provides guidance for the practical applications of cyclone separators.
