摘 要:通过采用中空环形内筒和锥台状碟片束浅层沉降强化理念,提出了一种新型立式气旋浮设备的结构设计方案,并开展了工艺设计研究。为确保实现预期工作性能,重点对锥台状碟片束浅层沉降强化气旋浮二次分离的作用机理和结构参数优选开展数值模拟研究。采用响应曲面法对新型立式气旋浮设备开展了四因素三水平的初步结构优化设计研究。结果表明:在相同模拟边界条件下,常规内筒内旋式气旋浮罐内部增设消旋和锥台状碟片束结构后,可使整体除油率提升45.22百分点;随着锥台状碟片个数的增加,除油率呈现先急剧上升后缓慢上升的趋势;随着碟片径向或轴向间距的增大,除油率呈现先升高后下降的趋势。基于优化后结构参数组合的除油率较优化前提升了9.77百分点;在不同进水含油浓度和分流比下,优化后结构的除油率变化范围控制在6百分点以内,表明其对水质波动具有较好的适应能力。By adopting the concept of hollow annular inner cylinder and cone-shaped disc bundle shallow sedimentation enhancement,a structural design scheme was proposed for a new type of vertical compact floatation unit(CFU),and the process design study was also carried out.To achieve the expected operation performance,numerical simulation studies were carried out focusing on the mechanism and structural parameters optimization for the secondary separation of cyclone floatation enhanced by shallow sedimentation of cone-shaped disc bundle.The response surface method was adopted to study the preliminary structural optimization design of a new vertical CFU according to four factors and three levels.The results show that under the same simulated boundary conditions,the overall oil removal rate can be increased by 45.22 percent point after addition of the deconvolution and cone-shaped disc bundle structure inside the conventional inner-cylinder inner-spin cyclone floatation tank;with the increase of the number of cone-shaped discs,the oil removal rate shows the tendency to increase sharply at first and then slowly.With the increase of radial or axial spacing of the discs,the oil removal rate shows a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing.Based on the optimized structural parameter combinations,the oil removal rate is increased by 9.77 percent point compared with that before optimization;at different inlet oil concentrations and diversion ratios,the oil removal rate of the optimized structure is controlled within 6 percent point,indicating that it has a better adaptive ability to the fluctuation of water quality.
