摘 要:可持续航空燃料(SAF)已经成为国际民航业在2050年实现碳中和的重要手段。总结SAF的国内外产品标准、工艺及使用要求,比较不同工艺的生产成本,介绍国内外适航审定技术要求。指出SAF目前面临的主要问题是成本高昂和产能不足,其原因包括:已批准工艺的原料不足、生产装置投资大、产品性能要求严格以及全流程审定费用高。为解决SAF成本和产能的问题,建议采用共炼的方式减少新建生产装置投资,采用优化审定的方式减少全流程审定的费用和时间,扩展SAF性能范围及增加环烷烃含量来增加产能。最后,展望100%SAF以及可持续性评价对民航减少二氧化碳排放的重要作用。Sustainable aviation fuel(SAF)has become an important pathway for the international civil aviation industry to achieve carbon neutrality in 2050.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign SAF product standards,processes and application requirements,compares the production costs for different processes,and introduces the technical requirements for airworthiness certification at home and abroad.It is also pointed out that the main problems currently faced by SAF include high cost and insufficient production capability,resulting from insufficient feedstock for approved process,high investment in production units,high requirements for product performance,and high costs for entire certification process.To solve the problems of high cost and insufficient production capacity of SAF,it is suggested that co-processing should be carried out to reduce the investment in new production units,fast track process should be adopted to reduce the cost and time of the entire certification process,and production capacity should be improved by expanding the SAF product performance range and increasing the content of cyclic alkane.Finally,the paper proposes the importance of 100%SAF and sustainability assessment in reducing carbon dioxide emissions in civil aviation in future.
