摘  要:医院建筑是特殊的公共建筑,其能源结构复杂且全年能耗高。在国家倡导节能减排的大背景下,探索医院建筑的节能潜力并提出节能改造措施得到越来越多的关注。本文分别针对不同城市和省内不同级别的三甲医院,对医院综合能耗进行了差异性分析。本文还对三甲医院综合能耗和可能的影响因素进行了相关性分析。另外,本文收集并分析了广州市某三甲医院住院部各科室近四年逐月的用电数据以及全国47家医院的冷热源形式。通过上述分析,本文发现能耗与城市的地理位置和经济发展水平、医疗业务量等有关,医院的规模越大节能潜力越大。另外,既有医院冷热源形式在不同的热工设计分区中存在差异,不同科室的用能也有各自的特点。基于上述医院建筑能耗的分析,本文认为替换溴化锂机组为电制冷、单独为生活热水和蒸汽设置热源等的节能改造措施可以取得很好的节能效果。通过对医院建筑能耗与节能潜力分析,本文对了解医院用能特点和绿色医院的建设具有工程指导意义。Hospital buildings are special public buildings with complex energy structures and high energy consumption throughout the year.Under the background of the country's advocacy of energy conservation and emission reduction,exploring the energy-saving potential of hospital buildings and proposing energy-saving renovation measures have received more and more attention.This article conducts a diferential analysis of the hospital's comprehensive energy consumption for tertiary hospitals at different levels in different cities and provinces.This article also conducts a correlation analysis on the comprehensive energy consumption of tertiary hospitals and possible influencing factors.In addition,this article collected and analyzed the monthly electricity consumption data of each department in the inpatient department of a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou in the past four years,as well as the hot and cold source forms of 47 hospitals across the country.Through the above analysis,this article found that energy consumption is related to the city's geographical location,economic development level,medical business volume,etc.The larger the hospital,the greater the energy-saving potential.In addition,the forms of cold and heat sources in existing hospitals vary in different thermal design zones,and the energy consumption of different departments also has their own characteristics.Based on the above analysis of hospital building energy consumption,this article believes that energy-saving renovation measures such as replacing lithium bromide units with electric refrigeration and setting up separate heat sources for domestic hot water and steam can achieve good energy-saving effects.By analyzing the energy consumption and energy-saving potential of hospital buildings,this article has engineering guiding significance for understanding the energy consumption characteristics of hospitals and the construction of green hospitals.
