摘 要:近年来应急事件突发越来越频繁,给社会稳定以及人类生活带来了严重危害。突发应急事件对受灾区域生鲜农产品的供应、流通和消费带来了巨大影响,甚至导致基本生活物资供不应求。而突发应急事件后如何把外部的应急物资及时高效地配送到灾民手中是问题的关键。基于地震灾害对生鲜农产品冷链物流的影响,本文主要针对多情景需求不确定环境下生鲜农产品冷链物流应急配送问题进行研究。在本研究中,以需求不确定情况下期望总成本最小和交货时间最短为目标,采用情景分析法构建应急情况下冷链物流配送的车辆路径优化模型,模型考虑了冷链运输车的固定成本、总运费、在未能满足或超额满足灾民需求情况下需要支付的惩罚成本以及最小化期望交货时间,最后基于实例设计实验对该模型的有效性进行验证。Emergency outbreaks have become more and more frequent in recent years,bringing serious harm to social stability as well as human life.Emergency events have a great impact on the supply,circulation and consumption of fresh agricultural products in the affected areas,even leading to the oversupply of basic living materials.And how to distribute the external emergency supplies to the victims in a timely and efficient manner after the emergency is the key to the problem.Based on the impact of earthquake disaster on fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics,this paper mainly focuses on the emergency distribution of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics under multi-scenario demand uncertainty environment.In this study,a vehicle path optimisation model is constructed using scenario analysis with the objectives of minimising the desired total cost and shortest delivery time,and finally the effectiveness of the model is verified based on an example design experiment.
