摘 要:空调冷凝水的回收利用是解决水资源紧缺的一种有效方式。为了解其生成规律,在2023年6月至8月对山东潍坊地区某民居分体式空调产生的冷凝水量进行了测量,并分析了实测数据。结果显示,冷凝水量在空调开启初期(动态期)达到最高,随后随着室内湿度降低而减少,最终维持在较稳定的水平(稳态期)。动态期内冷凝水量的单位值为0.25 kg/(kW·h),而稳态期则为0.085 kg/(kW·h)。将理论计算结果与实测数据进行对比,发现理论计算结果在动态期与实测值较为接近,但在稳态期差距较大。这种差异主要是由于动态期内湿度快速变化,理论计算通常基于稳态假设,无法准确捕捉此阶段特征,以及室内外参数的动态变化、空气处理过程的简化假设和设备与环境因素的影响,这些因素导致理论计算值与实测值之间存在差异。通过构建的多元线性回归模型,可以根据室内外温度和相对湿度快速估算空调冷凝水的生成量,总体来说,这为快速估算家用空调冷凝水量提供了一种有效方法。The recycling and utilization of air conditioning condensate is an effective way to address water resource scarcity.To understand its generation pattern,the condensate water produced by a split-type air conditioner in a residential building in Weifang,Shandong Province,was measured from June to August 2023,and the measured data were analyzed.The results showed that the condensate water reached its highest amount during the initial phase of air conditioner operation(dynamic period),then decreased with the reduction of indoor humidity,and finally maintained at a relatively stable level(steady-state period).During the dynamic period,the unit condensate amount was 0.25 kg/(kW·h),while in the steady-state period,it was 0.085 kg/(kW·h).Comparing the theoretical calculation results with the measured data,it was found that the theoretical results were close to the measured values during the dynamic period but significantly different during the steady-state period.This discrepancy is mainly due to the rapid changes in humidity during the dynamic period,as theoretical calculations are usually based on steady-state assumptions and cannot accurately capture the characteristics of this phase.Additionally,the dynamic changes in indoor and outdoor parameters,the simplified assumptions of the air handling process,and the influence of equipment and environmental factors contribute to the difference between theoretical and measured values.By constructing a multiple linear regression model,it is possible to quickly estimate the generation of air conditioning condensate based on indoor and outdoor temperatures and relative humidity.Overall,this provides an effective method for quickly estimating the amount of condensate produced by household air conditioners.
