摘 要:介绍数据中心常见五种风冷空调制冷系统的技术特点,针对这些技术在南京地区的节能应用进行了深入分析,基于南京市全年室外气象参数及节能技术数据的研究,我们发现通过采用利用自然冷源叠加蒸发冷却的新型节能技术(如蒸发冷却相变多联空调结合气泵与液泵动力热管以及蒸发冷却技术,热管多联蒸发冷却空调则运用重力热管配合蒸发冷却技术),数据中心机楼全年PUE有望降低至1.25以下。若进一步在末端空调系统中引入背板空调等新型低能耗设备,PUE值有望进一步降至1.22。此外,我们还对这五种制冷系统在其余七个代表性城市的适用性进行了探讨,旨在为新建或改造数据中心项目在方案设计和应用过程中,提供关于风冷空调节能技术选择的数据参考。This paper introduces the technical characteristics of five common air-cooled air conditioning systems used in data centers and conducts an in-depth analysis of their energy-saving applications in the Nanjing region.Based on a detailed study of Nanjing's annual outdoor meteorological parameters and energy-saving technology data,we found that by adopting new energy-saving technologies utilizing natural cooling sources combined with evaporative coolingsuch as evaporative cooling phase change multi-split air conditioning systems integrated with gas and liquid pump powered heat pipes,and heat pipemulti-split evaporative cooling air conditioning systems employing gravity heat pipes with evaporative coolingthe annual PUE of data center buildings can potentially be reduced to below 1.25.Furthermore,by introducing new low-energy consumption equipment,such as rear board air conditioning systems in the terminal air conditioning system,the PUE value can be further reduced to 1.22.Additionally,we explored the applicability of these five cooling systems in other seven representative cities,aiming to provide data references for the selection of energysaving technologies in the design and application processes of new or renovated data center projects.
