摘　　要：论文通过文献研究法和网络调研法探析了中学图书馆古籍工作的现状,指出了绝大多数存藏古籍的中学图书馆未纳入全国古籍普查登记范围的问题,并进行原因分析。通过案例分析法,探析了新时代部分中学图书馆古籍工作创新发展的具体做法,分析了目前中学图书馆古籍工作存在的三大难点问题,并从工作专班、政策支持、管理机制、人员培训、理念思路等方面阐述了解决问题的策略与方法。This paper analyzes the current situation of ancient books in middle school libraries through literature research and network research,points out that the vast majority of middle school libraries that store ancient books are not included in the scope of national ancient books census and registration,and analyzes the reasons.Through case analysis,this paper probes into the innovative development of ancient books in some middle school libraries in the new era.This paper analyzes the three difficult problems in the ancient books work of middle school libraries,and expounds the strategies and methods to solve the problems from the aspects of working class,policy support,management mechanism,personnel training,ideas and so on.
