摘　　要：思考个性化服务方案设计是有效适应用户需求进化的紧需问题。论文从行为动机角度,在剖析用户需求进化本质的基础上,融合需求进化定律,揭示其进化方向,利用发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)工具,探究面向用户需求的个性化服务方案设计过程的模型,并以图书馆面向专业领域的参考咨询项目为例进行分析。研究发现,满足用户需求变化是方案设计和优化的关键,个性化服务方案设计过程的模型化是有效应对用户需求进化的有力举措。Designing personalized service solutions is a pressing issue that effectively adapts to the evolving needs of users.This paper analyzes the essence of user demand evolution from the perspective of behavioral motivation,integrates the law of demand evolution,reveals its evolutionary direction,and uses the Theory of Invention Problem Solving(TRIZ)tool to explore the model of personalized service solution design process for user demand.Taking the reference consulting project of the library for professional fields as an example,the research has found that meeting changes in user needs is key to solution design and optimization,and modeling the personalized service solution design process is a powerful measure to effectively respond to the evolution of user needs.
