摘　　要：对2008年及2023年版《图书馆服务宣言》进行分析解读,为业界理解和研究《图书馆服务宣言》提供参考。运用比较分析法,对新旧两版宣言的制定或修改背景、结构、内容进行比较分析发现,新版宣言在内容描述上根据时代背景修订后更具专业性与学术价值,其指导意义在于注重培养职业认同感、重视开拓服务创新及促进与社会协同发展等方面。贯彻该宣言能推动我国图书馆事业不断向前发展。By comparative interpretation of the 2008 and 2023 editions of the LibraryServiceManifesto,this paper provides a reference for better understanding and research on the manifesto.Using the comparative analysis,comparing and analyzing the two editions of the manifesto of background,structure,contents,the paper finds that the new version is more professional and academic value in terms of content description after revision according to the era background.Its emphasis lies in developing the professional sense,exploring the service innovation and promoting coordinated development with society.The implementation of the manifesto will enable promote the library business to continue to move forward.
