宁夏绿色制造体系建设现状与思考

摘　　要：近年来,宁夏全面贯彻新发展理念,坚定不移走生态优先、绿色发展之路,积极开展以绿色园区、绿色工厂、绿色产品为主要内容的绿色制造体系建设,先后制定了一系列政策措施,并取得了一定的成果。然而,在开展绿色制造体系建设第三方评价工作时,还存在企业对绿色制造体系建设的认识不到位,可再生能源利用水平有待提高,绿色供应链建设相对滞后,政策支持力度有待加大等问题。基于此,文章提出了增强企业绿色发展意识,加大可再生能源推广力度,加大政策支持力度,强化绿色供应链管理,完善地方绿色制造标准体系等改善措施,以推进宁夏工业经济高质量发展。In recent years,Ningxia has fully implemented the new concept for development,firmly adhered to the path of prioritizing ecological conservation and green development,actively carried out the construction of a green manufacturing system with green parks,green factories,and green products as the core,formulated a series of policies,and yielded certain results.However,in the process of third-party evaluation,there are prominent problems such as inadequate awareness,low level of renewable energy utilization,lagging green supply chain construction,and inadequate policy support.Accordingly,the article proposes measures in terms of enhancing the awareness of green development in enterprises,vigorously promoting renewable energy,increasing policy support,strengthening green supply chain management and perfecting the local green manufacturing standards,so as to boost the high-quality development of Ningxia's industrial economy.
