摘　　要：数据资源是当今时代最重要的资源之一,高效利用数据资源已经成为研究热点。建立专题数据库可以适当地提高数据资源利用效率,专题数据库的共建共享促进数据资源建设与流转,并对不同领域的创新研究具有一定的战略驱动作用。文章在深入阐述ChatGPT功能基础上,从数据层、系统层等两个层面构建了基于ChatGPT的专题数据库资源共建模式,从用户、数据库以及管理人员等视角构建了基于ChatGPT的专题数据库资源共享模式,并分析了上述模型的适用性和伦理问题,以确保专题数据库数据资源的获取、存储和共享等过程有序进行,为智慧专题数据库建设提供有价值的参考。Data is one of the most vital resources nowadays,and efficient utilization of data has become a research hot-spot.Establishing thematic databases can enhance the efficiency of data utilization and facilitate the construction and flow of data,thus driving the innovation in different fields.On the basis of elaborating on the functions of ChatGPT,this article proposes a co-construction model of thematic databases based on ChatGPT from two levels:data layer and system layer and a resource sharing model from the perspectives of users,databases,as well as administrators,and further analyzes the applicability and ethical issues of the above model to ensure the orderly acquisition,storage and sharing of data,aiming to provide valuable reference for the construction of smart thematic databases.
