摘　　要：针对我国港口企业尚无科技创新评价体系和标准的现状,文章以科技创新工作全过程的视角,从创新投入、创新支撑、创新成果、成果转化等4个维度筛选指标,构建了评价指标体系,并通过决策试验与评价实验室法(DEMATEL)分析指标间的相互影响对各指标所属层级和影响作用的方向进行了可视化,引入灰色聚类分析对北部湾港进行了定量综合评价。评价结果显示,投入强度、人才激励政策、知识产权和信息系统应用是后续科技创新工作中需要重点关注的指标。基于分析结果,文章提出了港口企业在创新投入、组织建设、文化宣传等3个方面提升科技创新水平的具体措施。In response to the lack of an innovation evaluation system for port enterprises in China,this article screens indicators from four dimensions:innovation investment,innovation support,innovation achievements,and achievement transformation to construct an evaluation index system,and visualize the mutual influence between indicators through DEMATEL analysis to determine the hierarchy and interaction of each indicator.In the end,grey clustering is introduced to carryout a quantitative evaluation of the Beibu Gulf Port.The results show that investment intensity,talent incentive policies,intellectual property rights,and information system applications are key indicators that need to be focused on in scientific and technological innovation.Accordingly,specific measures to encourage innovation are put forward in three aspects:innovation investment,organization construction and cultural propaganda.
