精神慰藉视角下互助养老的可行性分析——基于CGSS调研数据的实证研究

摘　　要：在全球人口老龄化加剧的背景下,老年人的情感孤独和心理健康问题日益凸显,成为社会关注的焦点。文章从精神慰藉的视角出发,系统探讨了邻里社交娱乐活动频率对老年人情感状态的影响,并分析了精神慰藉在互助养老模式中的作用机制。基于2017年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,文章运用Logit回归模型对邻里社交娱乐活动频率与老年人情感状态之间的关系进行了实证检验。研究结果表明,频繁参与邻里社交娱乐活动能够显著提升老年人的情感积极性,老年人通过与邻居的互动获得了情感支持和精神慰藉,这为互助养老模式的可行性提供了有力证据。此外,研究还发现,年龄、健康状况和家庭年收入对老年人的情感状态具有显著正向影响。基于上述研究结果,文章认为应强化互助养老模式中参与者的技能培训,深化邻里关系,促进互助养老模式的广泛实施,并提供灵活多样的服务以满足老年群体的多元化需求,从而实现对老年群体情感与生活的双重照护。Against the backdrop of an aging population,the emotional loneliness and mental health of the elderly are becoming increasingly prominent and have become a focus of social attention.In view of this,the article explores the impact of the frequency of neighborhood social and recreational activity on the emotional state of the elderly,and the role of spiritual comfort in mutual support elderly care model.According to the 2017 China General Social Survey(CGSS)data,the correlation between the two was studied by means of a Logit regression model.The research findings indicate that frequent participation in neighborhood social and recreational activities can significantly enhance the enthusiasm of the elderly.The elderly gained emotional support and spiritual comfort through interaction with neighbors,which provides robust evidence for the feasibility of the mutual support elderly care model.In addition,it was found that age,health status and annual household income all exert a significant positive impact on the emotional state of the elderly.Based on the above findings,it's argued that it is necessary to strengthen the skills training of participants in the new model,deepen neighborhood relations,promote the implementation of the new model,and provide flexible and diverse services to meet the needs of the elderly,thereby achieving dual care for their emotions and lives.
