基于CiteSpace的我国中药知识产权保护研究进展分析

摘　　要：文章以中国期刊全文数据库为数据源,搜集了1993年1月至2024年3月期间关于中药和知识产权的相关文献,共计2522篇。研究运用可视化工具软件Cite Space,对文献的年度发文量、关键词、作者和机构等内容进行了分析。研究结果显示,1993年1月至2024年3月,我国关于中药知识产权的研究发文量呈现出“山峰状”走势。研究热点集中在新药研发、中草药、发明专利、商业秘密和专利分析等领域。然而,当前各研究机构对中药知识产权研究的重视程度普遍不高,研究热度波动较大,且作者之间和研究机构之间尚未形成全方位的合作关系。因此,未来应强化对中药知识产权保护的重视,持续加大该领域的研究力度,加强横向合作研究。同时,应综合运用地理标志、商业秘密等手段,保护中药产业的良性发展,并完善政校企合作模式,以培养既懂中药药理又熟悉国际知识产权规则的复合型人才。The article collected 2522 literature on TCM and intellectual property from January 1993 to March 2024,with China Academic Journal as the database.The visualization tool CiteSpace was used to study the annual publication volume,keywords,authors and institutions.The research findings show that during this period,the number of publications showed a“mountain peak”trend.The research hotspots focus on new drug development,Chinese herbal medicine,invention patents,trade secrets and patent analysis.However,most research institutions generally do not attach high importance to intellectual property rights of TCM,thus the research enthusiasm fluctuates greatly.Moreover,there has not yet been a comprehensive cooperative relationship between authors and research institutions.Therefore,in the future,we should strengthen its importance,continuously step up efforts and strengthen horizontal cooperation.At the same time,it is necessary to employ geographical indications,trade secrets and other means to ensure the benign development of TCM industry,and perfect the mode of government-school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who has a good master of both TCM pharmacology and international intellectual property right rules.
