摘　　要：葛根黄芩黄连汤首见于东汉张仲景的《伤寒论》,其方由葛根、黄芩、黄连、甘草四味药物组成。本文整理归纳现代以前的古籍文献,结合文献学、计量学等方法对葛根黄芩黄连汤的历史沿革及关键信息进行考证,厘清葛根黄芩黄连汤历史发展脉络,对其方名、功能主治、药物组成、剂量、炮制及煎服方法等进行梳理及总结,为后世医家及研究者提供临床思路及实验研究依据,为经典名方的开发和研究提供参考和借鉴。Pueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Decoction,first recorded in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing of the Eastern Han Dynasty,consists of four medicinal components:Gegen(Radix Puerariae Lobatae),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)and Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma).This study systematically collated pre-modern classical texts and applied combined bibliographic and bibliometric methodologies to investigate the historical evolution and critical information of the formula,clarifying its developmental trajectory.Key aspects,including formula name,therapeutic functions,drug composition,dosage,processing techniques,and decoction protocols,were comprehensively summarized.These findings aim to provide clinical insights and experimental research foundations for contemporary practitioners and researchers,as well as references for the development and study of classic famous formulas.
