摘　　要：引火汤出自《辨证录》,原方用于真阴大亏、阴损及阳、命门阴阳俱虚、虚阳上越之“阴蛾”的治疗,后世医家经过传承发展,多用此方治疗头面五官的虚火诸证。然张怀亮教授认为,只要病机符合,不论何病何证,只要属肾水亏虚、相火妄动,中焦脾胃升降失司,三焦气化失常之病机,使用引火汤滋阴潜阳、引火下行、交通心肾、阴阳同治,均可取得良效。张教授临证时,对于肾阴虚于下而无法潜阳,阴阳上下失交致使虚阳浮越于上,不论是阴不敛阳,逼迫虚阳浮越于上而致“龙火”上燔、上热下寒之内伤发热之证;亦或阴平阳秘失调使大肠传导功能失司而致便秘;以及神失所养无法正常入睡等诸多疾病,均使用引火汤,使浮阳有去处、有归所。Fire-Conducting Decoction is derived from Records of Syndrome Differentiation.The original formula was used to treat"Yin E",a condition characterized by severe deficiency of genuine yin,yin deficiency affecting yang,and deficiency of both yin and yang in the life gate,with deficient yang ascending.Later,medical practitioners,through inheritance and development,have mostly used this formula to treat various syndromes of deficient fire in the head,face,and five sense organs.However,Professor Zhang Hualiang believes that as long as the pathogenesis is consistent,regardless of the disease or syndrome,as long as it belongs to the pathogenesis of kidney water deficiency,frenetic stirring of the ministerial fire,disfunction of ascending and descending of the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer,and abnormal qi transformation of the three energizer,Fire-Conducting Decoction can be used to nourish yin and subdue yang,lead fire downward,coordinate the heart and kidney,and treat yin and yang simultaneously,with good therapeutic effects.In clinical practice,when Professor Zhang is treating patients,for cases where kidney yin deficiency in the lower energizer fails to subdue yang,resulting in the disconnection of yin and yang between the upper and lower parts and causing the floating of deficient yang to the upper part,whether it is the syndrome of"dragon fire"burning upwards and internal injury fever with upper heat and lower cold due to the inability of yin to restrain yang,or constipation caused by the imbalance of yin and yang and the dysfunction of large intestine transmission,or insomnia due to the lack of nourishment for the spirit and inability to fall asleep normally,and many other diseases,he all uses Fire-Conducting Decoction to provide a destination and a place for the floating yang to return.
