多元化局部穴位刺激结合常规治疗对萎缩性胃炎患者中医证候积分及胃肠道相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察多元化局部穴位刺激联合常规治疗对萎缩性胃炎患者中医证候积分及胃肠道相关指标的影响。方法:选择2022年1月至2023年12月在河南中医药大学第一附属医院接受治疗的萎缩性胃炎患者79例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组39例和观察组40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用多元化局部穴位刺激治疗。观察两组患者中医证候积分、炎症因子、胃肠激素、胃镜指标及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后炎症指标均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后胃泌素低于治疗前,生长抑制素、胃动力素高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后胃泌素低于对照组,生长抑制素、胃动力素高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后胃镜指标均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为79.49%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化局部穴位刺激联合常规治疗能够有效改善萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状、炎症因子及胃肠道功能。Objective:To observe the influence of diversified local acupoint stimulation combined with conventional treatment on TCM syndrome scores and gastrointestinal-related indicators in patients with atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 79 patients with atrophic gastritis who were treated at The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group with 39 cases and the observation group with 40 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with diversified local acupoint stimulation on the basis of the control group′s treatment.The TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory factors,gastrointestinal hormones,gastroscopy indicators and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the inflammatory indicators of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group′s were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the gastrin levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the somatostatin and motilin levels were higher than those before treatment.Moreover,the gastrin level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the somatostatin and motilin levels were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The gastroscopy indicators of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group′s were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,while that of the control group was 79.49%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the c
