摘 要:为了探究蚯蚓抗菌肽和益生菌对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫性能的影响,试验将240只21日龄黄羽肉鸡随机分为4组,分别为CG组(只饲喂基础日粮)、EAMPs组(饲喂基础日粮+100 mg/kg蚯蚓抗菌肽)、CBM(饲喂基础日粮+200 mg/kg复合益生菌制剂)组、EC(饲喂基础日粮+100 mg/kg蚯蚓抗菌肽+200 mg/kg复合益生菌制剂)组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,试验期为42 d。试验结束后检测黄羽肉鸡的生长性能、血清免疫、屠宰性能指标及免疫器官指数。结果表明:22~42日龄时,CBM组平均日增重显著低于其他3组(P<0.05),EAMPs组、CBM组、EC组平均日采食量显著低于CG组(P<0.05);43~63日龄时,CBM组平均日增重最高,然后依次为EC组、EAMPs组及CG组,各组间差异显著(P<0.05);EAMPs组、CBM组、EC组平均日采食量显著低于CG组(P<0.05)。42日龄时,EAMPs组、CBM组和EC组总蛋白、白蛋白、sIgA、IgG和IgA质量浓度显著高于CG组(P<0.05),且EC组显著高于EAMPs组、CBM组(P<0.05);63日龄时,EAMPs组、CBM组和EC组总蛋白、白蛋白、sIgA和IgG质量浓度均显著高于CG组(P<0.05),EC组IgA质量浓度显著高于CG组(P<0.05)。22~42日龄时,EC组屠宰率显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),EAMPs组、CBM组和EC组半净膛率和全净膛率显著高于CG组(P<0.05)。43~63日龄时,CG组和EC组腹脂率显著低于EAMPs组和CBM组(P<0.05),CBM组和EC组胸肌率显著高于CG组和EAMPs组(P<0.05),EC组腿肌率显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。42日龄时,EC组法氏囊指数显著高于其他3组(P<0.05);63日龄时,CBM组法氏囊指数显著高于CG组(P<0.05)。说明蚯蚓抗菌肽联合复合益生菌制剂可提高黄羽肉鸡生长性能、免疫性能和屠宰性能,且两者联合使用效果最好。To explore the effects of earthworm antimicrobial peptides and probiotics on the growth performance,slaughter performance and immune performance in yellow-feathered broilers,24021-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups:CG group(fed only the basal diet),EAMPs group(basal diet+100 mg/kg earthworm antimicrobial peptides),CBM group(basal diet+200 mg/kg compound probiotic preparation),and EC group(basal diet+100 mg/kg earthworm antimicrobial peptides+200 mg/kg compound probiotic preparation).Each group had 3 replicates with 20 broilers in each replicate.The experiment lasted for 42 days.At the end of the experiment,the growth performance,serum immunity,slaughter performance indicators and immune organ indices in the yellow-feathered broilers were measured.The results showed that from 22 to 42 days of age,the average daily gain of the CBM group was significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake in the EAMPs group,CBM group and EC group was significantly lower than that in the CG group(P<0.05).From 43 to 63 days of age,the average daily gain in the CBM group was the highest,followed by the EC group,EAMPs group and CG group,the differences among the groups were significant(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake in the EAMPs group,CBM group and EC group was significantly lower than that in the CG group(P<0.05).At 42 days of age,the total protein,albumin,and concentrations of sIgA,IgG and IgA in the EAMPs group,CBM group and EC group were significantly higher than those in the CG group(P<0.05),and those in the EC group were significantly higher than those in the EAMPs group and CBM group(P<0.05).At 63 days of age,the total protein,albumin,and concentrations of sIgA and IgG in the EAMPs group,CBM group and EC group were significantly higher than those in the CG group(P<0.05),and the IgA concentration in the EC group was significantly higher than that in the CG group(P<0.05).From 22 to 42 days of age,the slaughter rate in the EC group was si
