摘　　要：目的:考察哀伤相关反刍对失独父母延长哀伤的影响,探索孤独感在反刍和延长哀伤之间的中介效应,以及该中介效应是否受到社会支持的调节。方法:采用延长哀伤问卷修订版、乌特勒支反刍问卷、UCLA孤独感量表简版、社会网络量表、人际支持评估清单简版对280名失独父母进行调查。结果:反刍能够显著正向预测延长哀伤水平,且孤独感在其中发挥部分中介效应。客观社会支持与主观社会支持对该中介过程的前半段均发挥调节效应。具体而言,当社会支持水平较低时,反刍对孤独感的正向预测作用较大;而社会支持水平较高时,反刍的预测作用相对较小。结论:失独父母的反刍既可以直接影响其延长哀伤水平,也可以通过孤独感的部分中介作用间接影响延长哀伤水平,且主观社会支持与客观社会支持都可以显著减轻反刍对孤独感的影响。Objective:To examine the impact of grief-related rumination on prolonged grief in parents who have lost their only child,and to explore the mediating effect of loneliness between rumination and prolonged grief in these parents,and to investigate whether the first half of this mediating effect is moderated by objective and subjective social support.Methods:A survey was conducted among 280 parents who had lost their only child using the revised prolonged grief questionnaire,the Utrecht rumination questionnaire,the UCLA loneliness scale short form,the social network scale,and the interpersonal support evaluation list short form.Results:Rumination significantly positively predicted levels of prolonged grief,and loneliness partially mediated this relationship.Additionally,both objective and subjective social support moderated the first half of this mediating process.Specifically,when levels of social support were low,the positive predictive effects of rumination on loneliness were greater;when levels of social support were high,the predictive effects of rumination were relatively smaller.Conclusion:Rumination in parents who have lost their only child may affect their levels of prolonged grief directly and also indirectly through the partial mediating role of loneliness.Both subjective and objective social support can significantly mitigate the impact of rumination on loneliness.
