摘　　要：目的:探讨直升机教养对大学新生个人成长主动性的影响及其机制。方法:采用个人成长主动性量表、综合直升机教养量表、一般自我效能感量表对548名大一学生进行为期一年共计三次的追踪调查。结果:(1)T1直升机教养显著负向预测T3个人成长主动性;(2)T2一般自我效能感在T1直升机教养与T3个人成长主动性的关系间起纵向中介作用;(3)性别在T1直升机教养与T2一般自我效能感的关系间起调节作用。结论:直升机教养既可直接影响,也可通过一般自我效能感的中介效应间接影响大学新生的个人成长主动性。Objective:To explore the impact of helicopter parenting on college freshmens'personal growth initiative and its mechanism.Methods:A one-year follow-up survey with three waves was conducted among 548 freshmen using personal growth initiative scale,consolidated helicopter parenting scale and general self-efficacy scale.Results:(1)T1 he-licopter parenting had a significant negative effect on college students'T3 personal growth initiative;(2)T2 general self-efficacy played a mediating role in the relationship between T1 helicopter parenting and T3 personal growth initiative;(3)Gender moderated the relationship between T1 helicopter parenting and T2 general self-efficacy.Conclusion:Helicopter parenting can not only directly affect the personal growth initiative of college freshmen,but also indirectly affect it through the mediating effect of general self-efficacy.
