摘　　要：目的:探讨平行社会比较对青年群体整容意愿的影响,以及理想美内化、身体监控和性别在二者关系中的作用。方法:采用中文版身体外貌比较量表、社会文化态度问卷、身体监控量表、整容手术意愿量表对3012名中国青年进行整群抽样调查。结果:(1)平行社会比较能直接预测整容意愿;(2)平行社会比较可以通过理想美内化、身体监控的中介作用对整容意愿进行间接预测,同时还可以通过理想美内化与身体监控的链式中介作用对整容意愿产生影响;(3)性别调节了平行社会比较对理想美内化、身体监控和整容意愿的影响,相对男性而言,女性的平行社会比较程度较高时,更易导致理想美内化、身体监控和整容意愿的提高。结论:平行社会比较导致理想美内化和身体监控进而提高青年群体的整容意愿,但这一路径会因为性别的差异而不同。Objective:To investigate the effect of parallel social comparison on youth groups cosmetic surgery consideration and the role of internalization of beauty ideals,body surveillance and gender.Methods:The questionnaires including the Chinese version of the physical appearance comparison scale,the sociocultural attitude questionnaire,the objectified body consciousness scale,and the acceptance of cosmetic surgery scale were administered to 3012 Chinese youth.Results:(1)Parallel social comparison directly predicted cosmetic surgery consideration.(2)Parallel social comparison indirectly predicted cosmetic surgery consideration by separate mediation effect of internalization of beauty ideals and body surveil-lance.At the same time,it could also influence cosmetic surgery consideration by serial mediation effect of internalization of beauty ideals and body surveillance.(3)Gender moderated the relationship between parallel social comparisons and internalization of beauty ideals,body surveillance,and cosmetic surgery consideration.Specifically,women with higher levels of parallel social comparison were more likely to lead to increased internalization of ideal beauty,body surveillance,and cosmetic surgery consideration than men.Conclusion:Our findings indicate that parallel social comparisons may lead to the internalization of ideal beauty and body surveillance,which further increases consideration of cosmetic surgery among youth groups,but this impact is moderated by gender.
