摘 要:目的:检验中文版教育工作者社会情感学习问卷(educators’ socio-emotional learning questionnaire,EduSEL)在职前教师中的信度和效度。方法:采用整群取样的方法对1370名职前教师进行测量,同时测定社会适应能力诊断量表、情绪智力量表和人际关系综合诊断量表进行效标效度检验。结果:(1)EduSEL中文版各条目区分度良好,各条目与所属维度总分之间的相关系数在0.54~0.80之间;(2)探索性因子分析发现,EduSEL中文版包含情绪能力、社交能力和认知能力3个因子,解释总变异的63.01%;(3)验证性因子分析显示,3因子结构拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=3.333,CFI=0.953,TLI=0.944,RMSEA=0.059,SRMR=0.040),且问卷跨性别测量满足严格等值性;(4)问卷效标关联效度较好,EduSEL中文版总分及各维度分与社会适应能力、情绪智力和人际关系量表得分均呈显著正相关;(5)EduSEL中文版总分及各维度的内部一致性系数分别为0.94、0.93、0.85和0.90,间隔四周后的重测信度分别为0.68、0.62、0.61和0.63。结论:中文版教育工作者社会情感学习问卷在职前教师中具有良好的信效度。Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of educators'socio-emotional learning questionnaire(EduSEL)in preservice teachers.Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to test 1370 preservice teachers.They completed the Chinese version of EduSEL,the social adaptation diagnostic scale,emotional intelli-gence scale and interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnostic scale for criterion validity testing.Results:①Each item of the EduSEL had good discrimination.The correlation between items and the total score of the corresponding dimen-sion ranged from 0.54 to 0.80;②The exploratory factor analysis extracted three factors:emotional competencies,social competencies and cognitive competencies,explaining 63.01%of the total variation;③The results of confirmatory factoranalysis showed that the fit indices were χ^(2)/df=3.33,CFI=0.953,TLI=0.944,RMSEA=0.059,SRMR=0.040,and the questionnaire's transgender measurement met strict equivalence requirements;④The criterion-related validity of questionnaire was good,EduSEL and its dimensions were significantly positively corelated with social adaptability,emotional intelligence and inter-personal relationship;⑤The Cronbach'sαcoefficients of the EduSEL and its 3 factors were 0.94,0.93,0.85 and 0.90,and the test-retest reliability after four weeks was 0.68,0.62,0.61 and 0.63,respectively.Conclusion:The revised educators socio-emotional learning questionnaire has good reliability and validity in preservice teachers.
