摘 要:目的:比较场独立和场依存认知风格个体使用两种认知重评方式(积极认知重评和分离认知重评)调节负性情绪的效果和自评成功程度差异。方法:采用镶嵌图形测验筛选出场独立和场依存认知风格个体,测量其使用积极和分离认知重评调节负性情绪的效果差异。结果:在使用分离认知重评的条件下,场独立型个体的情绪调节效果显著优于场依存型个体;在使用积极认知重评的条件下,场独立型和场依存型个体的情绪调节效果差异不显著。在使用积极认知重评或分离认知重评的条件下,场独立型个体与场依存型个体的自评成功程度差异均不显著,而场依存型个体在使用积极认知重评时的自评成功程度比使用分离认知重评时更高。结论:个体使用与其认知风格相匹配的认知重评情绪调节策略具有更好的效果。Objective:To compare the effects of two cognitive reappraisal strategies,positive cognitive reappraisal and detached cognitive reappraisal,on the regulation of negative emotions,and the differences in self-evaluated success between individuals with different cognitive styles(field independent/field dependent).Methods:The embedded figures test was used to screen individuals with two different cognitive styles.The differences in the effectiveness of using positive and detached cognitive reappraisal to regulate negative emotions were measured.Results:Under the condition of using detached cognitive reappraisal,the emotional regulation effect of field-independent individuals was significantly better than that of field-dependent individuals.However,under the condition of using positive cognitive reappraisal,there was no significant difference in the emotional regulation effect between two cognitive styles.Regarding the success of using positive or detached cognitive reappraisal,there was no significant difference in self-evaluated success between field-independent and field-dependent individuals.Field-dependent individuals,however,reported higher self-evaluated success when using positive cognitive reappraisal compared to detached cognitive reappraisal.Conclusion:Individuals experienced better results using cognitive reappraisal emotion regulation strategies matching their cognitive style.
