摘  要:目的:探索心理咨询督导中受督导者不暴露的内容和影响因素。方法:采用目的性抽样法,对13名心理咨询受督导者进行半结构深度访谈,探讨受督导者不暴露内容与影响因素,运用主题分析法分析数据。结果:受督导者不暴露内容分为三类:督导相关、咨询相关和受督导者相关。(1)督导相关:包括督导感知、督导设置、督导关系和督导满意度;(2)咨询相关:包括个案内容和对个案的感受;(3)受督导者相关:包括个人议题和专业发展水平。影响因素分为两大类:动态相关(关系、评估与反馈、团体动力、自我评估)和静态相关(个人相关、督导相关)。结论:中国受督导者的不暴露现象与国外研究高度一致,在团体督导中更为普遍。建议完善我国督导师培养与认证体系,加强督导关系建设,增强觉察和处理不暴露的能力。Objective:This study aimed to explore the content and influencing factors of supervisee nondisclosure in psychotherapy supervision.Methods:Thirteen psychotherapists who had received psychotherapy supervision participated in semi-structured indepth interviews.The interviews focused on exploring the content and influencing factors of supervisee nondisclosure.Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data.Results:The content of supervisee nondisclosure was categorized into three main areas:supervision-related,counseling-related,and supervisee-related.(1)Supervision-related content included perceptions of supervision,supervision settings,supervisory relationships,and satisfaction with supervi-sion;(2)Counseling-related content encompassed case details and feelings about the cases;(3)Supervisee-related content comprised personal issues and professional development levels.Influencing factors were categorized into two main areas:dynamic factors(including the supervisory relationship,evaluations and feedback,group dynamics,and self-evaluation)and static factors(including personal factors and supervision-related factors).Conclusion:The phenomenon of nondisclosure among Chinese supervisees aligns closely with international research,and it is more common in group supervision settings.It is recommended that the training and certification system for supervisors in China should be improved,with a focus on enhancing the supervisory relationship and the capacity to perceive and address nondisclosure.
