摘  要:为了研究液压冲击器系统供油压力对冲击性能的影响,在分析液压冲击器工作原理及特点的基础上,建立气液联合式液压冲击器系统的非线性模型。运用AMESim分别对液压冲击器的回程加速过程和回程减速过程进行仿真、分析。结果表明:系统供油压力对液压冲击器的冲击性能会产生重要的影响,通过反复仿真优化分析,得出同类型的液压冲击器的最佳系统供油压力在19~22 MPa之间。为液压冲击器的设计及液压系统参数优化提供指导。In order to study the influence of the oil supply pressure on the impact performance of the hydraulic impactor system,a nonlinear model of the gas-liquid combined hydraulic impactor system was established based on the analysis of the working principle and characteristics of the hydraulic impactor system.AMESim is used to simulate and analyze the return acceleration process and the return deceleration process of the hydraulic impactor,and the influence of the system oil supply pressure on the impact performance of the hydraulic impactor is studied.The results show that the system oil supply pressure has an important impact on the impact performance of the hydraulic impactor.The optimal system oil supply pressure of the same type of hydraulic impactor is 19~22 MPa through repeated simulation and optimization analysis.It provides guidance for the design of hydraulic impactor and parameter optimization of hydraulic system.
