摘 要:介绍了蓄能器的功能、分类以及其应用产品。基于活塞式蓄能器密封件易失效以及本身存在的迟滞现象,对D形密封圈进行研究分析,利用ANSYS软件对蓄能器所用D形密封圈进行密封性能仿真,结合蓄能器实际工作的工况,仿真不同压缩率在不同液压力下以及不同压差下的等效应力和最大接触压力;利用AMESim软件搭建蓄能器功能模型,仿真不同压缩率下蓄能器的预充压力以及迟滞。将装配有不同压缩率的D形密封圈的蓄能器进行台架耐久试验,试验后测量蓄能器的泄漏量以及迟滞,与仿真结果进行对比,以此得到D形密封圈压缩率的设计值,对工程实际中活塞式蓄能器的设计与优化具有一定参考和指导意义。The functions,classifications and application products of accumulators are introduced.Based on the susceptibility to failure of sealing parts and hysteresis of piston accumulator,the D-ring is researched and analyzed.Using ANSYS software,the sealing performances of the D-ring used in accumulators are simulated.The equivalent stress and maximum contact pressure in different compression rates under different hydraulic pressures and different pressure differentials are analyzed,with the actual working conditions of the accumulator.Using AMESim software,a functional model of the accumulator is built,and the pre-charge pressure and hysteresis of the accumulator under different compression rates are simulated.Life test of the accumulators equipped with D-ring of different compression rates are carried out by a bench.And the leakage and hysteresis of the accumulators are measured.Thereby,the design value of the compression rate of the D-ring is obtained,compared with the simulation results.This has certain reference and guiding significance for the design and optimization of piston accumulators in engineering practice.
