摘 要:内容积比作为双螺杆压缩机的重要几何参数,极大地影响着压缩机的压缩性能。针对传统等螺距螺杆压缩机内容积比小的问题,基于单边不对称摆线-销齿圆弧型线,构建了一种具有较大内容积比的变螺距螺杆转子。分析了螺杆转子几何参数对压缩机性能的影响,揭示了变螺距双螺杆压缩机的封闭基元容积的变化过程,研究了转子间接触线长度变化规律。研究结果表明:当进气容积与排气口相同时,与传统螺杆转子相比,变螺距双螺杆压缩机的内容积比提高85.3%,高压侧接触线长度最大减小29.01%。研究内容对提高双螺杆压缩机的内容积比、改善转子间高压侧的气体泄漏以及拓宽双螺杆压缩机的工况应用范围具有重要意义。As an important geometric parameter of twin-screw compressors,built-in volume ratio greatly affects the compression performance of the compressors.In response to the problem of small built-in volume ratio of conventional equal pitch screw compressors,a variable pitch screw rotor with a large built-in volume ratio was constructed in this paper.The influence of screw rotor geometric parameters on compressor performances was analyzed,the change processes of the enclosed geometric volume of the twin-screw compressors were revealed,and the change law of the contact line length between rotors was studied.The results indicate that when the suction volume and discharge port are the same,the built-in volume ratio of the variable pitch twin-screw compressor is increased by 85.3%and the contact line length on the high pressure side is reduced by a maximum of 29.01%compared to the conventional screw compressor.The research content is important for improving the built-in volume ratio of twin-screw compressors,reducing the gas leakage between the rotors and widening the range of applications of twin-screw compressors.
