摘  要:为解决压力信号器在使用过程中出现通断压力值不稳定的问题,对压力信号器中的主要元器件即圆柱弹簧的性能及其对产品输出精度的影响机理开展有限元分析计算,发现弹簧本身的非对称结构使其受压时容易产生径向分力,造成压力信号器输出精度存在偏差。在此分析基础上,提出了两种针对性的改进措施:优化弹簧的有效圈数等设计参数和采用并联弹簧的结构形式。对改进前后的模型分别进行仿真计算,验证了改进措施的有效性。In order to solve the problem of unstable on-off pressure value during the use of pressure annunciator the performance of cylindrical spring,the main component in pressure annunciator was calculated by finite element analysis,in which found that the asymmetrical structure of cylindrical spring itself made it easy to produce radial component force when compressed,resulting in deviation of output accuracy.On the basis of such analysis,two targeted improvement measures are proposed:optimizing design parameters such as the number of effective turns of cylindrical spring;adopting the structural of parallel spring.Finally,the effectiveness of two improvement measures is verified by simulating models before and after the improvement.
