摘 要:爬行现象作为液压缸当前存在的主要故障之一,对其出现原因及影响因素进行分析有着重要意义。通过对起重机上的一款伸缩液压缸为研究对象,以爬行机理为出发点,对其进行仿真分析研究多个变量对液压缸爬行现象的影响结果,包括静摩擦力、库伦摩擦力、黏性摩擦系数、死区体积、泄漏系数、液压油绝对黏度等。采用AMESim软件进行仿真,对液压缸的仿真加速度结果作离散小波变换,以细节系数的平均值和最大值作为液压缸爬行强弱的评价标准。结果表明,理论分析结果和仿真结果一致,可为液压缸的爬行现象理论分析提供一定的参考。Creeping phenomenon as one of the main faults of the cylinder currently exists,the reasons for its emergence and the factors affecting the analysis is of great significance.This article takes a telescopic oil cylinder on a crane as the research object,starting from the creeping mechanism,and conducts simulation analysis on the effects of multiple variables on the creeping phenomenon of the oil cylinder,including static friction,coulomb friction,viscous friction coefficient,dead volume,leakage coefficient,the absolute viscosity of the hydraulic oil,and so on.AMESim software is used for simulation,and the discrete wavelet transform is applied to the simulated acceleration results of the cylinder,and the average and maximum values of the detail coefficients are used as the evaluation criteria for the strength of the cylinder creeping.The results show that the theoretical analysis results and the simulation analysis results are consistent,and the results can provide some reference significance for the theoretical analysis of the creeping phenomenon of the cylinder.
