摘 要:随着我国煤炭开采逐渐向深部转移,瓦斯含量逐渐增大,瓦斯涌出量大幅增加,这极易造成工作面瓦斯超限,引发瓦斯事故。以淮北矿业集团朱仙庄煤矿Ⅱ1057工作面地面瓦斯采动井1号井为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场验证相结合的方法,对采动井的抽采方式进行技术优化,形成系统的大口径地面瓦斯采动井技术体系,并通过现场数据验证了该技术体系实施的可靠性。主要结论:1)合理的扩孔级序及钻具组合有助于缩短建井周期,降低成本及钻井风险;2)先导孔轨迹定向控制,即通过随钻测量装置结合螺杆钻具来实现钻孔的测量和定向钻进,有利于提高钻进效率;3)提吊浮力法下套管技术和内插法固井工艺,可极大提高煤矿区地面大口径井固井质量,降低固井难度。With the gradual transfer of coal mining in China to deeper regions,the gas content is gradually increasing and the gas emission volume is rising substantially,which is highly likely to result in gas over-limit of the working face and trigger gas accidents.The No.1 well of the surface gas mining well of the Ⅱ1057 working face of Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Group was taken as the research object,and the technical optimization of the extraction mode of the mining well was carried out by combining theoretical analysis with numerical simulation and field verification,based on which a systematic large-diameter surface gas mining well technical system was established,and the reliability of the implementation of the technical system was verified through field data.The main conclusions are as follows.1)A reasonable reaming sequence and drilling tool combination can help to reduce the well construction period,reduce costs and drilling risks.2)The directional control of the trajectory of the pilot hole is to realize the measurement and directional drilling of the borehole through the measurement device while drilling combined with the screw drilling tool,which is conducive to improving the drilling efficiency.3)The casing running technology based on the lifting buoyancy method and the cementing process of the internal insertion method can greatly improve the cementing quality of large-diameter wells on the ground in coal mine areas and reduce the cementing difficulty.
