摘 要:为探究不同纳米材料对TB(terminal blend)沥青性能的影响及其微观改性机理,采用纳米蒙脱土(montmorillonite,MMT)、纳米SiO_(2)、纳米ZnO、碳纳米管(carbon nanotubes,CNTs)和石墨烯(graphene nanoplatelets,GNP)对TB沥青进行复合改性。测试复合改性沥青的针入度、软化点和延度,以表征不同纳米材料对TB沥青物理性能的影响。借助红外光谱分析,探究胶粉、纳米材料与基质沥青可能存在的相互作用。结果表明,上述纳米材料的掺入均能提高TB沥青的高温抗变形能力,对低温延展性影响不显著。对比原材料和复合改性沥青的红外光谱可知:纳米氧化物除发挥无机材料的填充作用外,同时还存在化学改性;碳纳米材料对TB沥青的改性以物理增韧作用为主。In order to explore the effects of nanomaterials on the properties of TB(terminal blend)asphalt and the corresponding microscopic modification mechanism,nano-montmorillonite(MMT),nano-SiO2,nano-ZnO,carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and graphene nanoplatelet(GNP)were employed in the modification of TB asphalt.The impact of different nanomaterials on the physical properties of TB asphalt was characterized by the tests of penetration,softening point,and ductility.Additionally,with the help of infrared spectroscopy testing technology,the possible interaction among rubber powders,nanomaterial powder and matrix asphalt was analyzed.The results show that the high temperature deformation resistance of TB asphalt can be improved by incorporation with above nanomaterials,while the effect on low temperature ductility is not significant.It is known from comparison between the infrared spectra of raw materials and composite modified asphalt that there is a certain degree of chemical modification in addition to the stiffening and filling effect of inorganic materials when nanooxide is used to modify TB asphalt.The main property of modification of TB asphalt by carbon nanomaterials is physical toughening.
