摘 要:为探究烧结砖骨料含量与再生混凝土力学性能之间的关系,采用再生砖粗骨料(recycled brick coarse aggregate,RBCA)替换再生混凝土粗骨料(recycled concrete coarse aggregate,RCCA)制备混合再生粗骨料混凝土(mix recyeled coarse aggregate concrete,MRCAC),通过调整材料制备参数,系统分析了RBCA替换率、水灰比和龄期等因素对MRCAC立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响,结合扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)揭示MRCAC的破坏机理。结果表明:RBCA替换率在50%左右时,MRCAC的各项力学性能最优;随着水灰比的降低,MRCAC的立方体抗压强度显著提升,尤其在RBCA替换率为30%~50%时效果最为明显。此外,MRCAC的轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度与立方体抗压强度之间存在良好的相关性。微观分析结果显示:RBCA因其粗糙表面和多孔结构,与砂浆形成了紧密的粘结,显著增强了界面过渡区(interfacial transition zone,ITZ)的性能。研究结果可为建筑废弃物的高效循环利用提供一定的科学依据。To investigate the relationship between the content of sintered brick aggregate and the mechanical properties of recycled concrete,mixed recycled coarse aggregate concrete(MRCAC)was prepared by replacing recycled concrete coarse aggregate(RCCA)with recycled brick coarse aggregate(RBCA).By adjusting the material preparation parameters,the influences of factors such as the RBCA replacement rate,water-to-cement ratio,and age on the cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and flexural strength of MRCAC were systematically analyzed.The failure mechanism of MRCAC was also revealed through scanning electron microscope(SEM)characterization.The results indicate that the optimal mechanical properties of MRCAC are achieved when the RBCA mass replacement ratio is around 50%.As the water-to-cement ratio decreases,the cube compressive strength of MRCAC significantly improves,particularly when the RBCA replacement ratio is between 30% and 50%.Furthermore,there is a strong correlation between the axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,and cubic compressive strength of MRCAC.Microscopic analysis reveals that RBCA forms a tight bond with the mortar due to their rough surface and porous structure,which significantly enhances the properties of the interfacial transition zone(ITZ).The findings of this study provide a scientific basis for the efficient recycling and utilization of construction waste.
