摘  要:为明确新型BFRP-UHPC复合材料对锈蚀RC柱加固后轴压力学性能的影响,分别对10根BFRP-UHPC加固的RC柱进行轴压试验,试验包括4种加固模式:UHPC加固、UHPC与FRP外裹布复合加固、UHPC与FRP条带箍筋复合加固、三者兼有的复合加固模式。加固柱分为未锈蚀加固和锈蚀后加固,未加固RC柱分为锈蚀柱和未锈蚀柱。本文研究了RC柱在不同截面形式、不同箍筋间距和不同加固模式下轴压破坏后的力学形为。在试验结果基础上,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了三维实体模型。研究结果表明:RC柱的抗变形能力、延性和承载能力分别提高1.07~3.04倍、1.10~1.28倍和1.6~2.5倍;在承载能力提高幅度方面,UHPC加固层相对于BFRP增强材料能更有效提升RC柱的承载能力。In order to investigate the axial compression behavior of corroded RC columns strengthened with BFRP-UHPC,uni-axial compression tests were carried out on ten column specimens strengthened with BFRP-UHPC.The strengthened specimens include specimens strengthened with UHPC only,with UHPC and FRP wrapping,with UHPC and FRP strip ties,as well as with all of them.They can be divided into two categories:specimens with simulated corrosion damage and specimens without simulated corrosion damage.The effect of the sectional geometry,the transverse steel reinforcement ratio and the retrofitting method on the axial compression failure modes of RC columns were studied.In order to compare with the experiment results,a finite element method 3D solid model using software ABAQUS was established and validated.The results indicate that BFRP-UHPC strengthening can obviously improve the deformability,load capacity and ductility of corroded RC columns,of which the increment is 1.07-3.04 times,1.10-1.28 times and 1.6-2.5 times.As for the improvement on the load capacity,UHPC strengthening layer is more effective than the BFRP wrapping sheet and BFRP strip ties.
