银川都市圈中线供水工程综合自动化系统设计与应用

摘  要:为推进供水系统的水资源优化配置,提高水利工程的有效运行管理,响应国家新阶段水利信息化的变革发展,以银川都市圈中线供水工程为例,介绍了该供水工程综合自动化系统建设情况:银川都市圈中线供水工程的自动化系统的植入,使得调度中心可根据工程需水量以及各泵站机组的不同情况灵活下达调度指令,实现水资源合理调度、充分利用以及节约用水,以此提高工程供水质量、降低供水成本。该工程自动化系统的建设对宁夏地区的经济发展和社会稳定至关重要,可为水利工程建设运行、管理提供借鉴。To promote the optimized allocation of water resources in the water supply system,improve the effective operation and management of water conservancy projects,and respond to the transformation and development of water conservancy informatization in the new stage of the country,we took Yinchuan Urban Circle Middle Line Water Supply Project as a case study to carry out the construction of a comprehensive automation system.The results showed that the integration of the automation system in the central line water supply project of the Yinchuan metropolitan area allowed the dispatch center to flexibly issue dispatch instructions based on the water demand of the project and the different situations of each pump station unit,achieving reasonable scheduling,full utilization,and water conservation of water resources,thereby improving the quality of water supply,reducing water supply costs,and ultimately achieving the goal of sustainable development.The construction of the automation system for this project is crucial for the economic development and social stability of Ningxia area,and can also provide a reference for the operation and management of water conservancy engineering construction.
