摘 要:大渡河流域梯级水电站联合调度受国内外普遍关注。简要回顾了大渡河流域梯级水电站智慧调度建设的发展历程,系统阐述了“顶层设计—基础研究—体系建设—能力提升”4个发展阶段的研究重点和内在联系,总结以“精准预测—风险调度—协同控制”为核心业务链条,提出了包括融合物理机理和数据驱动的径流预报技术、多重不确定性下水电站群风险调度决策技术、“机组-闸门”多单元协同实时精准调控方法等。并结合新形势下梯级水电站调度运行面临的水灾害防御难度大、调度运用灵活性不足、调度方式不适用等新挑战,针对性地提出了下一步大渡河流域梯级水电站智慧调度建设的工作思路。The dispatch of cascade hydropower stations in Dadu River Basin receives attention both domestically and internationally.We briefly reviewed the development process of intelligent dispatch construction of cascade hydropower stations in Dadu River Basin,systematically expounded the research focus and internal relations of four development stages of top-level design-basic research-system construction-capacity improvement,and summarized the core business chain of accurate forecasting-risk dispatch-collaborative control.The key technologies and innovative achievements included physical mechanism and data-driven runoff forecasting technology,risk scheduling decision-making technology of cascade hydropower stations under multiple uncertainties,and unit-gate multi-unit coordination real-time precision control method.Combined with the new challenges faced by the dispatch of cascade hydropower stations under new development situation,such as the difficulty of water disaster prevention,insufficient flexibility of scheduling,and the inapplicability of scheduling methods,this paper put forward the next step working ideas of intelligent dispatch construction of cascade hydropower stations in Dadu River Basin.
