摘  要:为研究鄂北地区水资源配置工程受水区河流水生生态情况,在白河、唐河、沙河、[氵厥]水、漂水河与输水干渠交叉点下游500 m处设置了5处监测断面,监测和分析浮游植物物种组成、分布、生物量以及地表水质理化性质,通过与同时期水质监测数据的对比,探讨浮游植物群落特征及评价水质情况。研究结果显示:绿藻门、硅藻门和蓝藻门是鄂北地区水资源配置工程沿线受水区水域浮游植物的主要组成类群;浮游植物的密度范围为(14.2~4556.8)×10^(4)个/L;通过分析发现,受水区河流中现状浮游植物的密度已达到或超过汉江干流发生水华时的藻类密度,在此条件下河流总氮和总磷浓度的变化成为激发河流水华的关键机制,应当及时监测水体氮、磷含量,加强河流沿线氮、磷污染治理,防止水华发生;当沙河、[氵厥]水、漂水、白河4个监测断面中的一个监测断面呈现异常的水质情况时,其他断面也可能受到相同的影响。In order to study the aquatic ecological situation of rivers in the water-receiving areas of North Hubei Water Transfer Project,five monitoring sections were set up 500 m downstream of the intersection points of Baihe River,Tanghe River,Shahe River,Huanshui River,Piaohe River and the main water diversion canal.The species composition,distribution,biomass of phytoplankton and the physical and chemical properties of surface water quality were monitored and analyzed.Through the comparison with the water quality monitoring data in the same period,the characteristics of phytoplankton communities were discussed and the water quality situation was evaluated.The research results showed that Chlorophyta,Bacillariophyta and Cyanophyta were the main groups of phytoplankton in the water-receiving areas of the project.The density range of phytoplankton is(14.2~4556.8)×10^(4)per liter of water.Through analysis,it was found that the density of the current phytoplankton in the rivers of the water-receiving areas had reached or exceeded the density of algae during the occurrence of water blooms in the main stream of Hanjiang River.Under these conditions,the changes in the concentrations of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the rivers had became the key mechanisms for triggering river water blooms.The nitrogen and phosphorus contents in the water should be monitored in a timely manner,and the nitrogen and phosphorus pollution control along the rivers should be strengthened to prevent water blooms.When one of the four monitoring sections of Shahe River,Huanshui River,Piaohe River and Baihe River shows abnormal water-quality conditions,the other sections may be affected in the same way.
