摘  要:资源化利用是电镀污泥处置的重要技术发展方向。以综合电镀污泥为原料,依据Riley三元相图,将其与机制砂尾泥按一定配比进行复配,在发泡剂存在的条件下,制备了电镀污泥基轻质陶粒;分别采用SEM、XRF和XRD等技术对所制备的轻质陶粒的组成、结构和物相进行表征;分析了其物理性能和浸出毒性;探究了发泡工艺对陶粒结构和性能的影响。结果表明,当综合电镀污泥/机制砂尾泥干基质量比为20∶79,发泡剂用量为质量分数1%时,在1170℃下煅烧5 min,所制备的陶粒具有均匀的泡孔结构,筒压强度为2.1 MPa、表观密度为911 kg·m^(-3)、孔隙率为49.1%、1 h吸水率为0.43%,表现出良好的机械性能,且其浸出毒性低于国家规定的标准值。因此,轻质陶粒作为建筑轻集料使用具有巨大的应用前景,为电镀污泥资源化利用探索了一条新途径。Resource utilization is an important technological development direction for electroplating sludge disposal.In this study,based on the Riley ternary phase diagram,electroplating sludge was mixed with crushed sand tailings in a proper ratio to prepare electroplating sludge-derived lightweight ceramsites with the addition of a foaming agent.The composition,structure,and phase of the prepared ceramsites were characterized using SEM,XRF,and XRD,respectively.Furthermore,the physical properties and leaching toxicity of the lightweight ceramsites were analyzed,and the impact of the foaming process on their structure and properties was investigated.The results show that the lightweight ceramsite,derived from a mixture of 20%electroplating sludge and 79%crushed sand tailings with 1%foaming agent,calcined at 1170℃for five minutes,exhibits a uniform foam structure and excellent mechanical properties,including a cylinder pressure strength of 2.1 MPa,an apparent density of 911 kg·m^(-3),a porosity of 49.1%,and a water absorption of 0.43%(within 1 hour).Additionally,the leaching toxicity of the prepared ceramsite is below the national standard.These results indicate that the prepared ceramsite is a potential candidate for use as a lightweight building aggregate.The study explores a new approach to utilizing electroplating sludge as a resource.
