摘　　要：居家养老服务体系是我国基本养老服务体系的重要组成部分。中国居家养老服务体系建设有其历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。居家养老服务体系建设面临服务需求匹配度、制度建设及时度、资金投入可持续度、社会力量参与度、服务人员专业度等方面的现实挑战,由此需要政府、市场、社会、家庭和个人等多方面协同互动,从居家养老服务法制建设、资金保障、人才培养等维度切入,构建生活照料、健康服务和精神关爱三位一体的具有中国特色的现代化居家养老服务体系。Home-based elderly care services,as a core component of the basic elderly care system in China,play a significant role in advancing Chinese-style modernization.This article analyzes the threefold logic behind the construction of the home-based elderly care service system,explores the practical challenges and optimization paths for building this system,and proposes collaborative interaction among the government,market,society,families,and individuals.The goal is to establish a modern home-based elderly care service system with Chinese characteristics that integrates life care,health care,and spiritual care.
